June 15th
Melisa, Chris and Kai came to visit this weekend. Just before they were leaving, Ian realized that he could hook Kai up to his bike and take him for a ride. It was hilarious!


June 14th
I am so excited about my new Copic pen wallets! I have been looking for something to put my pens in because I do not like the plastic cases they come in. I was looking on eBay and found these cool wallets. Now I need another set of tweleve to fill up my second wallet!


June 13th
Madeline graduated from preschool today. There were five graduates in her class. They were all so cute. I cannot believe how big she is getting!


June 12th
Our first MOMs summer meetup. There were only a few of us today, but it was nice to get together and chit chat while the kids played.

Ian got a new golf game today. Isn't it cute? And it even came with three golf clubs...one for Ian, one for Mommy and one for Grandma. LOL

This the the graduation crown I made for Madeline's graduation. I found this one online, but I needed a blue one because blue is Madeline's favorite color. So I made it! I think it is adorable!


June 8th
My new project...freezer paper designs on t-shirts! I found the Imagination Movers picture online and then imported it into Inkscape, cleaned it up and then opened it in Sure-Cuts-Alot and cut it out with my Cricut. Then you iron the cut out onto the t-shirt and paint it. Then remove the freezer paper and ta-dah and Imagination Movers T-shirt!


June 7th
Here is a picture of the front of Heritage Church that we started going to. It is held at the Heritage Theater. It looks like an old movie theater marquee out front, but it is so nice inside. We are just loving our new church!

Megan, Sean and Kaitlyn came over today for a playdate. This is what the playroom looks like after two tornadoes, errrr I mean boys, have been playing. LOL

Offically potty training! Day number 1 and he is running around nekky, but doing so good! Only two accidents today. Cross your fingers that he continues doing well! Gotta love the shoes!

We had the BEST thunder storm ever tonight! I could not believe how much lightening we saw. Very cool!

Today we met Laura and the girls in Stockton to go to the new Michael's prototype store. They have a huge scrapbook section. I wish all their stores were like this one!

I took Ian to get his hair cut today. He was such a good boy this time. No crying at all! So we went to McDonald's for lunch for his treat and he got to play in the playland too. Isn't he handsome?!?!?

I hate making cards like this :( Our neighbor across the street passed away so I wanted to do something nice for the family. Under the circumstances I think it turned out nice.

Happy Birthday Baby Jack! My second cousin had his 1st birthday party today! I cannot believe how much he has grown! He loved his yummy cake!

Ian and I were invited to the Lincoln Clubhouse by our friends Chrystie and Emily. The kids had the best time. On our way out they were checking out the outdoor fireplace. I want to move to Lincoln Crossing just to swim at the Clubhouse!!!!

Ian was busy in the playroom today building his own track for his trains. Not bad for a 2 year old!

Look at our new toy! We have been wanting an outdoor kitchen for quite a while. Sean was going to build one himself, but I saw this setup at Costco. We love it! Our backyard is now complete! Anyone want to come over for a BBQ?!?!?!

Sorry for the stock photo, but I always seem to forget to take pics when I am at the doctor's office. Today I had to get blood drawn to see how my thyroid levels are doing. Hopefully the doctor will call back in a timely fashion...not likely lol

Here is another picture of our backyard since Sean dug it all up. As you can see the grass seed is not growing very well. So we decided to get a quote for a putting green. Can you believe it would cost $3200 for some fake grass! I guess we will just have to fix what we have.

These are the thank you gifts I made for the child care workers at Ian's school. Aren't they just the cutest things! I need to make one for myself so I always have a calendar and notepad with me.



May 21st
I was at Costco the other day and saw that Nintendo can out with a new fitness game for the Wii. It is Wii Active Personal Trainer. I love it! With eating right and working out with this game I have lost 5 pounds! And as you can see Ian loves it too!

My sister moved to Vancouver, WA today :( My mom, Ian and I met her in Vacaville for breakfast on here way up there. I know she is going to love it and do great, but we are going to miss her!


May 19th
My creative genius at work LOL I was cleaning my craft room and Ian was watching his shows in the weight room, or so I thought. He had found the pvc pipes in the craft room and proceeded to make his own work of art. Not quite sure what it is supposed to be, but it is interesting!

My son is in LOVE! He is completely infatuated with his friend Emily in his gymnastics class! Here they are hugging in the tunnel. I guess we can call it the tunnel of love now LOL

I am so excited! I found a way to organize my ribbon! One of the local scrapbook stores went out of business and were selling the sticker roll holders for $2 each! I picked up 5 of them and they are perfect for my huge Costco ribbon too! I LOVE it!

Ian is starting to draw portraits of people he knows. While I think it is exciting and wonderful, I was very suprise at the level of detail in his drawings. I have added a labeled copy of my portait on the right which includes eyes, ears, mouth, BOOBIES and BRA!!! It is hard to make out, but if you look close you can actually see all the detail LOL

I finally finished Twilight and I was out shopping and found New Moon for $7 at Marshall's. I have already started reading it and I am loving this one too!

Well I had a doctors appointment last week and my labs weren't so great. So I am trying very hard to eat better and excerise. So here is my huge bowl of salad for the week that I am almost finished with.

Grandma came over to go to gymnastics with us today. But before we could go we had to take a horsey ride on Grandma. They are too funny!

This is Ian's plant that he made at school last Friday. It is already sprouting and in need of a haircut!

Sean fixed the volume issue with our 36 inch TV! YAY! It has only been sitting in our room for 6 months or so, since Ian sprayed all the buttons with Windex! So now we have a tv, speakers and a receiver in our room. Oh, and my Tivo!

Happy mother's day. Nothing too exciting happened today. I did go visit my mom which is always nice. Here is the card I made for my mom.

We took Ian to Golfland to miniature golf today. He ad a great time. The only problem was the heat! It was about 90 degrees out! But it was a lot of family fun!

OMGoodness! You have to try these cinnamon rolls! I found the recipe on The Pioneer Woman's blog and made them for my MOMs group (and my mom, neighbor and myself!...it makes ALOT!) And as the Pioneer Woman says "These are NOT non-caloric" LOL

Sean has been off this week so we decided to do some fun family stuff. We took Ian bowling for the first time. He absolutely loved it! And what was so cool is that they have automatic bumpers that only go up when it was Ian's turn! (thanks for the heads up Megan!) We will definiatly we bowling again soon.

Ian is taking gymnastics still and he has a new friend, Emily. I have a new friend too, Emily's mom, Chrystie. The kids are just adorable together. I think it is love! LOL


May 5th
I had to go get another ultrasound of my thyroid today. The tech couldn't tell me much, but it doesn't look like anything has changed since the last ultrasound. That is good. I go back to my doctor on May 26th to get the official results. (And yes, I know this picture looks funky. It is because I forgot to take a picture and photoshopped my head on to someone getting an ultrasound of their thyroid. LOL Hey, whatever works!)

I really need to keep my camera in a better place so Ian can't get a hold of it! Here is another Ian photo of my computer. It is of new digital stamp club that I joined called the pcHugClub.

Sean got a new fish tank. He upgraded from the 55 gallon to a 100 gallon tank! I hope we are done with the upgrades. lol But seriously, it is a beautiful tank.

Happy 5th Anniversary to us! I cannot believe we have been married for five years already. We went to McCormick and Schmicks for dinner and Ian spent the night at grandma's house. It was a a very nice night out.

Ian got a hold of my camera again today. As you can see I was folding a sheet. He was bound and determined to get my picture, so he chased me around the house. He still did not get an actual picture of my face. LOL


April 29th
We had a knock on the door today and I was my new neighbor. She brought me roses from her yard and invited Ian and me over for a playdate on Friday. It should be a lot of fun!


April 28th
I did a belly flop in the the Walmart parking lot yesterday and I HURT today! Thank goodness for all my fluff or it could have been much worse! My mom was loading groceries in the car and turned to see my laying behind the car two stalls over. And all I could say was "get my receipt" which is what I was chasing when I fell...dang wind!

We got out the paints today. My ;little artist loves to paint, well squeeze globs of paint on the paper. And then I showed him what folding the paper in half would make. Here is his master piece...

Jenica let me borrow her copy of Twilight on Friday and I just started reading it today. So far I am loving it! I wish I had more time to read!

Rachel and I went to the Just Between Friends Consignment sale. The is a picture of all the loot I bought. Ian LOVES his cash register!

I can finally post these pictures now that I gave Megan her birthday present! I made the box/purse on my cricut and a card to match. I love making cards and paper crafts. I don't think I can actually call myself a scrapbooker anymore. I think I can just be put in the crafter category now :)



April 23rd
I went out to run errand after Sean got home. I went to Once Upon a Child and made $109! I then spent it all at Old Navy LOL At the last minute I decided to get my hair cut. I went to the Hoss Lee Academy. I was a little nervous about going to a school, but I love my hair cut! If you go in there be sure to ask for Ali!


April 22nd
It has been hot the last few days so I decided to get Ian's swimming pool out of the shed today. We had a great time splashing around. Then we found a lady bug. Ian actually held it, much to my surprise! I just love this picture!

Look at what I made! I took my very first class at Green Tangerines tonight! I had the best time. Aren't these just the cutest things! When you pull out the "cherry" and "whipped cream" it reveals a gift card. They are quite a bit of work to make, but would make a very cute and unique gift!
